JAWS: The Ride (Roblox)

JAWS: The Ride on ROBLOX is a work in progress theme park style roblox game containing a mini resort with food places and buildings on all corners and a ride that we will get to soon. The JAWS ride was first made public on the opening day of universal studios in 1990 and closed on 1/2/2012. The ride centers around a tour vehicle with a skipper who claims that a shark attack is easy to stop. As you leave the dock you hear something, screaming, panic. As you round the lighthouse cove you see a fellow boat sinking without a survivor. The skipper starts to panic when the shark makes it’s first appearance on the port side of the boat and goes under. On the starboard side the skipper fires a grenade at the shark and misses twice, so they hide in the boathouse. In the boathouse the shark bursts in, slices ropes on hanging boats, and spills over some cans. The shark jumps out of the water as the boat starts working and it exits the boathouse. At the gas dock the skipper misses a grenade on the shark and accidentally blows up the gas dock nearby. The nearest exit is the old fishing dock. As the boat pulls up on the dock the shark goes over to the high voltage barge and bites it until it gets fried to a crisp. The skipper heads back to the unload and finally the shark is gone for good. JAWS: the ride has an interesting way of breaking the fourth wall by showing that the movie was all a hoax and there was only one shark attack, quint got spat out, brody could have been lying about the blown up shark, and the orca did not sink (there is just a hole in it). This ride will always hold a special place in my heart.
